OFFICE CLOSURE
In observance of Thanksgiving the Brandon Office will be closed Monday, November 25, 2019 – Friday, November 29, 2019. In addition, the Tampa Office will be closed Thursday, November 28, 2019 – Friday, November 29, 2019. Both offices will reopen for business on Monday, December 2, 2019 at 9:00am. Online enrollment is available during this time and scheduling of appointments will resume upon reopening on December 2nd.

New Office Hours
Effective January 1, 2019 the Tampa Office will be open 9:00am – 4:00pm, Monday – Friday. The Brandon Office will be open 9:00am-4:00pm *closed from 12:00-1:00 for lunch* on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
